 Challenges

Koorsen Fire & Security is dedicated to safety, says David Thompson. “Our customers count on us to do the job right every time. That’s the reason they choose Koorsen to protect what they’ve worked so hard for.” 

The company installs and tests fire extinguishers, emergency exit lighting, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, kitchen hood, kitchen extinguisher systems and security systems for commercial buildings, like apartment buildings, restaurants, office buildings and more.

“We represent a lot of different manufacturers. We purchase their equipment and create installation requirements. Then we work with the electrical subcontractors to actually install and test the equipment and make sure it is working correctly.”

Based in Indiana, the company has branches in four other states as well – Alabama, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. When a couple of the branches started using a trial subscription to PlanHub to make new connections and find opportunities, word spread fast.


Solution

Late last year, says Thompson, “A branch asked if they could purchase a subscription for their office. SInce they’d be getting such good results, we decided to purchase a subscription that everyone could use across all our offices to source leads.”

“They were awesome. Now we can easily narrow down to opportunities near our branches.”
