Now, each time you bid on this type of job, you are already most of the way there. Just check each line and adjust it as needed, then save it under a new name.
Jumpstart bids using templates. You can add or remove lines within the bid or even save under a new name. Imagine that you have submitted a bid to a general contractor for pouring a concrete foundation. The general contractor replies that there has been a change in the project and he needs a new bid. No need to start over. You can simply pull up your previous bid, make the necessary changes, and save it. Once it is complete, you can submit it – and you will have a time-stamped record of when you sent each version to the general contractor.
