Paradise Concrete Design Studio has been in business in Phoenix, Arizona for more than 20 years, providing gorgeous precast concrete products like countertops, tables and more. The proprietary concrete product is smoother, stronger and more durable than typical concrete.

explains Whitney Larson, the customer sales representative at the company,

“We can make anything our customers want – and we have over 67,000 colors to choose from.”

Their clients range from hotels like the Four Seasons and the Fairmont to restaurants to government buildings and more.

Larson explains that they wanted to boost productivity and find a better, more efficient way to find appropriate projects and submit more bids.

“With so many general contractors and jobs posted, it seemed like the right thing to do. We love to talk to potential customers face to face, but in an internet-driven world, more and more people are using digital tools to expand their businesses.”

One of her key goals is to ensure that the company’s crews are always busy.

“We don’t want any downtime. That’s one way I think PlanHub can really make a difference.”
