Challenges

KANECO is a service-driven, business-minded commercial construction company focused on helping its clients generate revenue faster. That means that efficiency is a primary motivator. Quinn Hyland is the lead estimator at KANECO, and he explains that one of the main challenges is to find the right subcontractors for each project.

“We start with subcontractors we’ve used before, but that doesn’t always give us enough bids.”
